About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Change Lead to define and deliver the business change strategy for IELTS across Cambridge English. This is a high-impact role blending strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and people development to drive transformation across a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Change: Define and deliver a business change strategy aligned with Cambridge English’s goals.
- Lead Initiatives: Assess and implement new processes and technologies shaping the future operating model.
- Ensure Smooth Transitions: Design and deliver change interventions supporting adoption of new tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute a stakeholder management strategy across Cambridge English and the IELTS Partner network.
- Develop Change Capability: Mentor and manage business change managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
- Strategic thinker with strong change management expertise.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and effective communication.
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring and managing teams.
- Change qualifications and strong management skills preferred.
- Adaptable, innovative, and collaborative with excellent problem-solving abilities.
