Summary

As a Digital Experience Analyst, you will monitor and improve the digital experience for end-users in the PC computing environment. Using data and tools, you will identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancing the user experience while working with technology owners and other teams to implement solutions that ensure end-to-end user satisfaction.
This role allows you to make a positive impact on productivity, performance, and employee satisfaction across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze the performance of devices, applications, and networks.
- Proactively identify and resolve technology disruptions and incidents.
- Collaborate with technology teams to improve visibility and communication.
- Leverage Nexthink for data analysis, dashboards, and digital experience metrics.
- Provide consulting for workstation and OS-related issues.
- Identify and implement automation and self-healing opportunities.
- Analyze and benchmark datasets for operational improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
- Support testing of new workstation applications and environments.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills (Required)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, computer hardware, and applications.
- Working knowledge of network, server, and storage technology.
- Strong data analysis skills with focus on actionable insights and automation.
- Awareness of cybersecurity threats and risks.
- Superb troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Nexthink expertise (or similar digital experience platform).
- Proficiency in scripting for automation (system-level APIs, WMI).
- Advanced data visualization and analysis experience.
Non-Technical Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong customer service and teamwork, especially with distributed teams.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated with initiative.
- Risk assessment and impact analysis skills.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Education & Experience
- Degree in a technology-related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3–5 years in technical infrastructure, analytics, or automation roles.
