Summary
The Banking Automation Analyst supports the delivery of reporting, data analysis, contract management, and compliance within the Banking Automation team. This role is central to operations involving ATMs, Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs), Multi-Function Devices (MFDs), and Note Counters.
You’ll also ensure accurate production of regulatory and scheme reports, maintain supplier catalogues, manage procurement activities, and act as a key contact for compliance and third-party data requests.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Experience producing regular reports and working in compliance
- Commercial acumen and strong business awareness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail
- Experience in contract management and third-party stakeholder engagement (preferred)
- Understanding of self-service technology in banking (advantageous)
