Overview
As Head of Front-End (Lead Front-end Engineer), you’ll design, build, and launch every user-facing experience for web and mobile—starting from scratch. You’ll manage full-stack systems, integrations, and infrastructure, while shaping the product’s technical foundation. This role offers high autonomy and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy full-stack applications with Next.js, TypeScript
- Own features end-to-end:
- Real-time observability dashboards
- Advanced data visualisations
- Backend integrations and data flow
- Deploy and scale applications on Vercel and AWS
- Connect front-end systems with Clickhouse and APIs
- Define engineering standards and build foundational tooling
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years building full-stack applications independently
- Expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript
- Proven ability to ship and maintain production-grade systems
- Experience deploying/scaling apps with Vercel & AWS
- Strong product mindset, aligning tech with user needs
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving startup
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Clickhouse or high-performance data platforms
- Previous lead engineer or sole developer experience
- Early-stage startup background
