Description
As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping students transition from living at home to independent living while ensuring all accommodation users have the best possible experience when staying with us.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning accommodation areas
- Reporting maintenance requirements
- Ensuring health and safety guidance is followed
- Acting as the face of the department, engaging with students and visitors
About You
You should:
- Strive for high standards of customer service
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Be personable with a friendly approach
Previous cleaning or hotel/student accommodation experience is beneficial but not essential.
Further Information
- Contract: Full-time, permanent (36.5 hours per week)
- Working Pattern: 5 over 7 rota, including some weekends (especially during summer peak periods)
