Join the forefront of innovation as an IT Technical Services Analyst, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting and maintaining highly scalable, secure infrastructure and platform services.

This is a key opportunity for an experienced Systems Administrator to assist in the deployment and management of hybrid infrastructure. The role reports to the IT Technical Services Lead Analyst.

The IT Infrastructure Services team has 16 members spread across the firm’s UK offices. As part of this agile and dynamic team, you’ll collaborate with product owners, developers, stakeholders, and data engineers to design, automate, and continuously improve processes and services.

What You Can Expect

  • Manage and maintain cloud services and VMware Broadcom environments
  • Manage vulnerability solutions and remediate issues in line with policy
  • Ensure server infrastructure is patched according to firm standards
  • Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and applications
  • Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services
  • Provide advanced technical support across teams
  • Proactively monitor systems and services
  • Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Build and deploy Windows Servers and SaaS/PaaS solutions
  • Liaise with vendors and partners
  • Ensure backup, BCDR, and change control compliance
  • Support Microsoft Dynamics AX solution
  • Participate in out-of-hours rota for critical alerts

About You

  • Background in Infrastructure/Systems Administration/DevOps
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016–2022) and related services
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID
  • Skilled in vulnerability management and remediation
  • Knowledge of security best practices (CIS, ISO27001)
  • ITIL foundation or working knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and travel when required

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience with Azure tools (AKS, Functions, Terraform)
  • Knowledge of load balancing (F5 or similar)
  • Experience with Intune or other MDM tools
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX experience
  • Networking (firewalls, switches, routers)
