We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Designer. You will join a high-performing team at a scaling health technology company and play a critical role in shaping intuitive, user-centric experiences across our clinician and client-facing web applications.

We work in partnership with institutions such as the NHS, insurance companies, and universities to deliver therapy, psychiatry, neurodevelopmental assessments, and post-diagnosis care for adults, children, and young people.
The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will:
- Lead design projects across clinician and client web applications
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and translate insights into personas, journey maps, and wireframes
- Develop high-quality UI designs, mock-ups, prototypes, and design systems
- Build intuitive information architectures and flows to improve usability
- Maintain and evolve ProblemShared’s design system for consistency
- Foster organisational design best practices alongside the senior design team
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Incorporate human-centred design thinking into product development
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in product design with a foundation in UX and polished UI skills
- Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration)
- Experience in design ops, building and maintaining design systems
- Skilled in user research and usability testing
- Experience in a B2C environment, ideally applying behavioural psychology and ‘Nudge Theory’
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience running productive workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines
Desirable:
- Experience in a regulated environment or with health-related products
- Senior-level design experience in a start-up or scale-up
- Knowledge of Azure tools, MDM products, or Microsoft Dynamics AX (a plus)
