Overview

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).

This role is part of a major digital transformation programme, where you’ll be responsible for designing, engineering, and integrating cloud-based platforms in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the implementation of CCaaS and D365 platforms.
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to mobilise the project.
  • Define and document business and technical requirements for migration and integration.
  • Act as a key link between stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams.
  • Build and configure environments in the Azure tenant.
  • Engineer compute and network resources.
  • Support integration across development, testing, and production.
  • Set up DevOps pipelines using best practices.
  • Assess AWS-hosted apps for Azure CCaaS integration.
  • Contribute to central monitoring and observability tooling.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS.
  • Expertise in CCaaS and MS Dynamics 365.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure (SAML/OIDC, compute, networking).
  • Experience integrating Azure and AWS tenants.
  • Leadership skills in similar projects.
  • (Desirable) Aviation domain technology knowledge.
