Overview
We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).
This role is part of a major digital transformation programme, where you’ll be responsible for designing, engineering, and integrating cloud-based platforms in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage the implementation of CCaaS and D365 platforms.
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to mobilise the project.
- Define and document business and technical requirements for migration and integration.
- Act as a key link between stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams.
- Build and configure environments in the Azure tenant.
- Engineer compute and network resources.
- Support integration across development, testing, and production.
- Set up DevOps pipelines using best practices.
- Assess AWS-hosted apps for Azure CCaaS integration.
- Contribute to central monitoring and observability tooling.
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Expertise in CCaaS and MS Dynamics 365.
- Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure (SAML/OIDC, compute, networking).
- Experience integrating Azure and AWS tenants.
- Leadership skills in similar projects.
- (Desirable) Aviation domain technology knowledge.
