As a General Building Control Officer, you will:
- Assess applications under Building Regulations, ensuring compliance with statutory time periods.
- Keep accurate, computer-based records in line with policy and ISO Quality Assurance standards.
- Provide technical expertise and advice on building works on-site.
- Inspect dangerous structures and take enforcement action when required.
- Support the development and maintenance of quality data management systems in line with ISO standards.
