How You’ll Help Us Achieve It
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Work in a product team with PMs, engineers, and operations leads.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Analyse financial data, visualise insights, and communicate findings.
- Own the analytics process from design to delivery.
- Support budget planning, revenue forecasting, and operational strategy.
Key Details
- Remote role: anywhere between UTC -5 and +4 (with overlap in UTC +0).
- Travel: 1 company-sponsored trip per year to an operating country + $1200 coworker meetup stipend.
- Salary: $96,400 – $137,000 USD (local equivalent) + equity.
- Performance reviews twice a year with bonus/promotion opportunities.

Requirements
Education & Experience
- 3+ years as a product/data analyst or data scientist.
- Background in large operational settings (support centres, fleet, supply chain, retail).
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, etc.).
- Fluency in English (French a plus).
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL (dbt a plus).
- Experience with hypothesis testing and large datasets.
- Understanding of A/B testing.
- Strong data visualisation and communication skills.
