Job Description
The Data Analytics Centre of Enablement (CoE) is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in data analytics. In this role, you will support business functions, establish best practices, deliver training, and collaborate across easyJet to drive data innovation.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate insights.
- Conduct analysis on complex datasets to answer business questions.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure business performance.
- Support and grow the BI Analyst community of practice.
- Design and deliver training on data tools and analytics.
- Advocate for data fluency and self-service analytics.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage multiple projects independently with accuracy and quality.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Degree/postgraduate qualification in a numerical or analytical subject (or equivalent experience).
- Proven analytical experience in a product or service-related industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or willingness to learn).
- Experience with BI and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Thoughtspot).
- Strong database skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest in data analytics.
