Summary

King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic data and reporting specialist to join the pharmacy team and drive impactful improvements in drug expenditure management and data reporting.

You’ll lead the development of innovative data solutions using SQL and Power BI, delivering real-time insights that inform decisions, enhance efficiency, and support cost-saving initiatives.

This role works within the Drug Expenditure Programme team and the Data Performance team, collaborating with pharmacists and clinicians to leverage clinical informatics for improved medicines management.

Main Duties

  • Support the Chief Pharmacist and senior data team in analysis and reporting of pharmacy drug expenditure.
  • Develop and manage reporting tools, dashboards, and process improvements in data intelligence.
  • Liaise with information users to resolve data issues and develop visual reporting solutions.
  • Lead individual projects and workstreams within the department.
  • Support the development and delivery of the Drug Expenditure Programme Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Mentor and support team members in the Drug Expenditure Programme.
