Key Details

Working Pattern: Full-time (2 weeks of day shifts, 2 weeks of night shifts)
Day shift: 7:30am – 8:00pm
Night shift: 7:30pm – 8:00am
Location: Derby, DE24 8NZ
Service Type: Low secure and mental health rehabilitation (Recovery Model)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide enhanced care with a flexible, learning-based approach
  • Offer guidance and encouragement through emotional and physical support
  • Understand and meet individuals’ specific needs
  • Assist with medical and welfare requirements
  • Maintain detailed reports and uphold safeguarding standards
  • Ensure a safe, clean environment for all residents
