Overview

L&Q Group is seeking an experienced Information Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics Team.
This role plays a crucial part in supporting strategic objectives and embedding a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

As an Information Analyst, you will collaborate with various business units to unlock the potential of data, deliver actionable insights, and help shape performance strategies for the future.

This is a fixed-term contract until November 2026 (maternity cover), reporting directly to the Information and Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define and agree on KPIs and targets for 2026/27
  • Deliver proactive and responsive data insights to support decision-making
  • Design and build reports and dashboards using Power BI and DAX
  • Empower business teams to self-serve through clear visualisation and storytelling
  • Collaborate with data modellers, data quality analysts, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Drive initiatives that embed data-driven decision-making across L&Q

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in business analysis and data storytelling
  • Advanced technical skills in Power BI and DAX
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define measurable KPIs and performance frameworks
  • Experience in change management and embedding analytics into organisational culture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applying statistical and mathematical models to business data
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to ensuring high-quality data integrity
