Overview
We are seeking an insightful and business-focused Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Casualty Analytics Group. You’ll play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business strategy and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Insight Generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven business opportunities
- Analyze casualty data to uncover trends and insights
- Develop and test hypotheses to inform strategic recommendations
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Data Visualization and Storytelling
- Design and build dashboards and reports for senior leadership
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable visual stories
- Optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability
- Present insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders
Expertise and Continuous Improvement
- Partner with data teams to strengthen data models and BI infrastructure
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive intelligence

- VP, Analytics and Data Science
- Business Unit Leadership
- EVP, Product
- Cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Finance, Sales & Marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or BI
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
- Experience creating dashboards for executive audiences
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
