Summary
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving and embedding business change across the organisation through effective project lifecycle management. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks, ensuring smooth delivery and measurable outcomes.
Main Duties of the Job
- Lead project planning and execution with strong stakeholder engagement.
- Track progress, costs, and benefits to ensure accountability.
- Manage project risks and support resolution strategies.
- Support post-project evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and operational managers on Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
