You’ll help shape the future of AI in education and assessment — developing innovative AI products that deliver exceptional value and accelerate AI capability across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the COE technical team to develop AI products enabling fast and responsible innovation.
- Coach and mentor Product Managers across the organisation, aligning AI roadmaps.
- Inform the wider AI strategy and capability building.
- Own the complete product lifecycle — from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to prototype and test solutions.
- Define product vision, outcomes, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Manage stakeholders, product backlogs, and technical delivery.
- Oversee release strategy, change management, and post-launch growth.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or equivalent technical leadership.
- Strong discovery and validation skills (interviews, prototyping, data analysis).
- Experience in cross-functional teams and technical collaboration.
- Passion for solving customer problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Understanding of AI technologies and applications.
- Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and mentoring ability.
