Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the COE technical team to develop AI products enabling fast and responsible innovation.
  • Coach and mentor Product Managers across the organisation, aligning AI roadmaps.
  • Inform the wider AI strategy and capability building.
  • Own the complete product lifecycle — from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to prototype and test solutions.
  • Define product vision, outcomes, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Manage stakeholders, product backlogs, and technical delivery.
  • Oversee release strategy, change management, and post-launch growth.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or equivalent technical leadership.
  • Strong discovery and validation skills (interviews, prototyping, data analysis).
  • Experience in cross-functional teams and technical collaboration.
  • Passion for solving customer problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and applications.
  • Excellent communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strategic thinking, leadership, and mentoring ability.
