Description
Brightside Homecare Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Assistants. In this role, you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing within their homes. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised home care and support.
- Follow individual care plans and administer medication.
- Encourage independence and promote emotional wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with care and nursing teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basic IT proficiency.
- Compassionate and patient nature.
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to new caregiving techniques.
- Valid driving licence (required).
