Job Overview
As a Customer Support Advisor in the Service Excellence department, you’ll be at the heart of D&G’s mission to keep customers’ worlds running smoothly. You’ll handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and deliver top-tier service with empathy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve a variety of customer issues with professionalism and care.
- Build rapport and tailor your approach to individual customer needs.
- Handle customer queries efficiently, aiming for first-time resolution.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Training & Work Setup
- Remote role: Work from home with company-provided equipment.
- Training: A 3-week online training programme to set you up for success.
- Schedule: Shifts between Monday–Sunday, 8am–8pm.
- Must have a reliable broadband connection.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in customer service (target-driven environment preferred).
- Proven ability to work independently, ideally from home.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with resilience and multitasking ability.
