Contract: Permanent, Part-time (20 hours per week – days or sleeping nights)

Your Life Your Way is recruiting Care Support Assistants to support individuals with autism and learning disabilities both at home and in the community.
You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and access to recognised qualifications in Health and Social Care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal and practical support to clients in their daily lives
- Encourage independence and promote well-being
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation, errands, and light household tasks
- Administer medication (where required)
What You’ll Need
- Compassion, patience, and great communication skills
- A genuine desire to help others
- A UK driving licence and previous care experience (advantageous)
- Good spoken and written English
- Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks
