About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting independence at all times.
You’ll ensure our care services are delivered to a consistently high standard and support our residents in their daily routines and wellbeing.
Reports to: Nurse / Senior Support Worker
Skills and Attributes
- A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous care experience preferred, but not essential
