Job Summary
RPM Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Healthcare Data Entry Specialist to support key operational workflows related to provider referrals, patient data, and cohort management. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare data platforms and will ensure data integrity and timely activation of patients within our systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Provider Referral Activation: Input and update referral data from healthcare providers to initiate patient onboarding.
- Patient Addition from Other Platforms: Import, validate, and integrate patient records from external systems.
- Cohort List Review & Uploading: Review and clean cohort lists (Excel/CSV) to meet formatting requirements before uploading.
- Consented Patient Activation: Verify consent documentation and record all required data points before activating profiles.
- Client Reporting: Generate accurate reports, collaborate with client success teams, and incorporate feedback for ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred
- 1+ year experience in data entry, healthcare administration, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
- Familiarity with EHR systems and HIPAA regulations (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
- Strong time management and ability to multitask
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data uploads and validation
- Ability to follow standard procedures and workflows
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Compensation
$40,000 – $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
