Overview
Tanworth Court provides dedicated care for 60 residents living with age-related conditions, dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health challenges. We’re looking for compassionate and patient individuals to join our team as Senior Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Review and update care plans to meet residents’ evolving needs
- Administer and record prescribed medications accurately
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence in daily activities
- Encourage residents’ participation and engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker
- Compassionate, understanding, and respectful approach
- Commitment to maintaining residents’ wellbeing and dignity
- Leadership experience welcome but not essential — full mentoring provided
