We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistant to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and flexibility to support clients across various shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation).
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate care records.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Female drivers only (Full UK driving licence & access to a car required).
- Must have or be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance.
- Willingness to work 3 months full-time before seeking sponsorship.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Yeovil (BA20 2FY).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in domiciliary or home care is desirable but not essential.
