Responsibilities

As an Admin Assistant, you will:

  • Answer and direct telephone calls professionally
  • Maintain accurate and organised filing systems
  • Support managers with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Welcome and assist visitors, including conducting show-arounds
  • Engage with residents, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the care home

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • A confident, professional, and friendly telephone manner
  • A warm and approachable personality with a genuine interest in people
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Previous administrative or receptionist experience is desirable but not essential.
