About the Role
Join the Homeownership Garages Team, managing garages and barrow stores across the borough. As the first point of contact for customers, you will handle queries regarding garages and rent accounts, escalating complex issues to the appropriate officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Register customers on garage waiting lists and assist with offers and viewings
- Support Income Officers with basic rent income tasks
- Assist Lettings Officers with appointments and viewings as needed
- Manage non-technical correspondence under the guidance of the Homeownership Manager
- Provide general administrative support to free up the team for complex issues
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in IT tools and office packages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Working Hours & Location
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Office-based at Tooley Street, SE1 (5-minute walk from London Bridge station)
- Note: No remote working/flexible hours for this role
