Administrator – Temp to Perm
Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid after 12 weeks)
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week (between 8am and 6pm)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Start Date: 24 November 2025
Overview
A fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a professional and fast-paced business in Leeds City Centre. You’ll start fully onsite for the first 12 weeks, with the chance to work hybrid thereafter.
📋 DBS and credit check required.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry and record management across internal systems
- Prepare, scan, and file documents (digital and paper-based)
- Confidently navigate multiple systems and databases
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Provide general administrative support including inbox management and reports
- Handle sensitive and financial data in line with GDPR and company policy
- Maintain empathy and professionalism, supporting clients including those in vulnerable situations
What You’ll Need
- Experience in an office or call centre environment
- Ideally, experience in a regulated or compliance-driven setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise, manage time, and work both independently and in a team
