Overview
Purple Dot Digital Limited is seeking an experienced AI Developer with a strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our AI team. You’ll retrain and fine-tune existing models using proprietary datasets to build a scalable conversational chatbot tailored to business needs.
Responsibilities
- Retrain and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to meet business goals.
- Work with engineers and data scientists to preprocess and integrate datasets.
- Design experiments to assess model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Implement optimization techniques to improve performance and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with product managers and software teams to align AI solutions with goals.
- Support deployment of AI models into production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years in AI/ML with focus on LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Hugging Face).
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of NLP techniques such as transformers, embeddings, and attention mechanisms.
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs with large datasets.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Version control experience with Git.
