Overview

Flexera is seeking an AI Operations Intern to join its Marketing team. This role provides hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. You will support the implementation and optimization of AI-powered marketing workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to help scale modern marketing through AI.

Key Responsibilities

AI Program Execution

  • Assist in implementing AI-powered marketing workflows, including content generation, personalization, and optimization.
  • Help build and maintain prompt libraries and quality assurance processes for AI-generated outputs.
  • Support the rollout of AI tools across marketing functions, including lifecycle marketing and operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Customer Experience, and Product Marketing teams to identify AI workflow use cases.
  • Support AI adoption across marketing teams.
  • Help organize internal AI workshops and training sessions.

Measurement and Optimization

  • Assist in tracking success metrics for AI initiatives.
  • Support analysis of campaign and workflow data to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.

Governance and Best Practices

  • Help document processes and develop scalable AI operations playbooks.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI tools and trends relevant to marketing.

Learning Opportunities

  • Exposure to leading AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Experience with platforms including Eloqua, Salesforce, Power BI, and Monday.com.
  • Training in marketing operations, analytics, and AI governance.
  • Collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in AI, marketing technology, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
