Pay: $18.50 – $19.23 per hour
HCLTech is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to enhance the online shopping experience through in-depth research, data analysis, and high-quality content creation. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and candidates from humanities and non-STEM backgrounds with strong writing and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly learn and build expertise in new processes, tools, and technical applications
- Research and analyze written and visual product specifications from multiple sources
- Build product expertise across a wide range of categories
- Organize, write, edit, and publish high-quality online content
- Edit, standardize, and improve materials prepared by others
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in technical writing, market research, product documentation, data entry, or information management
- Strong computer and internet skills with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written communication and editorial skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with online shopping preferred
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
