The Team
The Application Support Team provides 2nd line support for both existing and new applications critical to CDP’s disclosure systems. The team works closely with technology, business, and data teams to ensure systems deliver maximum value, accuracy, and reliability for customers.

What You Will Do
- Provide 2nd line application support across CDP core systems
- Act as subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and key applications
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders during incidents
- Perform proactive system maintenance to ensure stability and quality
- Support disclosure system launches and closures to agreed timelines
- Assist with user journeys, customer experience, and business requirements
- Support system and process testing across the platform
- Create and maintain knowledge management documentation
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Technology, Finance, Product, and Data teams
- Promote an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant IT education
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in:
- Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Visio, Azure DevOps
- Dynamics 365
