Job Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated individual to join as a Business Administration Apprentice (Level 3) with NEP, hosted by Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
This role offers:

Main Responsibilities
- Support the NEP administration team with day-to-day office duties
- Perform data entry, respond to enquiries, and assist with administrative processes
- Work towards achieving a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
- Develop knowledge and skills relevant to NHS administrative roles
Person Specification
Essential:
- 5 GCSEs (Grade A–C / 9–4) including Maths and English
Desirable:
- AS/A Levels
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Experience with data entry and retrieval
