Overview
As the Asset Analytics Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping NHG’s data-driven approach to asset management. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of robust analytics solutions and data architecture to support:
- Compliance monitoring
- Performance tracking
- Strategic investment decisions for housing assets
Using advanced tools such as Power BI and GIS, your work will optimize asset performance and deliver value for money in repairs, maintenance, and long-term planning.
This is a people manager role, where you will lead a team of analysts and developers to ensure data-driven decisions benefit residents and communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of Power BI dashboards and visual analytics for asset management strategies.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into technical data solutions and reporting frameworks.
- Manage and enhance GIS systems and other smart analytical tools for asset performance optimization.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement innovative technologies, including predictive analytics and machine learning.
- Ensure all reporting aligns with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and data governance standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing and maintaining asset management systems.
- Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, Azure Data Warehousing, and Tableau.
- Track record of leading teams and delivering complex data projects using structured project management methodologies.
- Advanced data management and Excel/MS Office365 skills.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of housing sector regulations and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with GIS systems and spatial data analysis.
Qualifications: Pending legislative requirements, a professional qualification may be required or supported.
Work Arrangement
- Hybrid model: Minimum 3 days in the office or community/site.
