Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Graphic & Web Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will shape our visual identity, design engaging digital experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts for websites and applications.
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams on design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve user experience.
- Ensure branding consistency across all platforms.
- Stay up to date with design and UX trends, applying best practices.
- Conduct user research to guide design decisions.
- Optimise designs for responsiveness and accessibility.
- Present concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and wireframing tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
