Overview

Brooke House is looking to recruit a Bank Support Worker to join the team.

You will be part of a compassionate team committed to residents’ wellbeing. Every day is different, and you’ll be supporting people in a personalised way, helping them move forward with confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care support with sensitivity to individual needs.
  • Support daily living skills to promote independence (e.g., dressing, grooming, meal preparation).
  • Use de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour support strategies.
  • Develop and follow personalised care and behaviour support plans.
  • Work with families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care.
