The Role: BI Analyst
Warner Hotels is looking for a commercially driven Business Intelligence Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making and business growth.
You will work closely with commercial and operational teams to:
- Deliver timely, insightful performance analysis
- Monitor revenue, pricing, demand, and customer trends
- Identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers
- Translate complex data into clear reports and dashboards
- Support strategic and operational decision-making
Key Skills Required
- Strong Data Analysis & Reporting skills
- Advanced Power BI dashboard development
- Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating data
- Strong commercial awareness (revenue, demand, margin drivers)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Experience & Education
- Degree in a numerate or analytical discipline (or equivalent)
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, internships, placements, or early-career roles
