Your Mission
As a Business Intelligence Application Analyst, you will:
- Design, implement, and support SAP BI solutions across SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Ensure reporting systems are robust, insightful, and aligned with business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
Application Analysis & Development
- Design and implement SAP BW/SAP Datasphere data models and reports.
- Maintain and monitor SAP BI applications (daily operations, housekeeping).
- Provide functional user support via SLAs, KPIs, and ticketing systems.
- Contribute to BI strategy aligned with company goals.
Project Management
- Lead or support full lifecycle BI project implementations.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Business Consulting
- Translate business requirements into BI technical solutions.
- Provide user training, support, and expert guidance.
- Collaborate with IT and BPM teams on BI initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, or related field).
- Strong knowledge of SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Experience with SAP frontend tools (e.g., Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Bonus: Familiarity with Databricks.
- Agile mindset with a pragmatic approach to change.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel and adopt new technologies.
- Proven service-level and relationship management skills.
