Overview
We’re seeking a BI Developer to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team. This hands-on role provides visibility, ownership, and impact across the organisation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, develop advanced Power BI solutions, and mentor junior colleagues.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Partnering with stakeholders (Branch Managers, Finance, Ops, etc.) to deliver actionable insights.
- Mentoring junior BI/Data team members and reviewing their work.
- Shaping BI practices and improving data usage across the business.
- Driving structure, clarity, and best practices in data presentation.
Skills & Experience
- Strong Power BI skills: DAX, data modelling, and visualisation.
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end BI solutions.
- Ability to work with raw data—cleaning, transforming, and storytelling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
