Position: Billing Clerk
Overview
LINK Support Services supports over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities by providing Part B Ancillary Billing Services and helping identify lost revenue opportunities. These facilities operate independently with support from a central “Service Center,” which offers legal, HR, training, accounting, IT, and other resources to support daily operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- SNF AR experience required; knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
- Identify and bill Part B ancillary items per SNF consolidated billing guidelines
- Provide education and support to business office staff
- Communicate billing best practices across assigned locations
- Report revenue and collectables to facilities and markets
- Assist with new software implementations
- Collaborate on billing processes, procedures, and software
- Research complex data extractions to maximize billing opportunities
- Review and complete patient eligibility verifications
- Report KPIs, trends, claim statuses, and training schedules
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 1+ year SNF experience with Medicare billing
- PCC experience required
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and DDE
- Knowledge of CPT coding and SNF Per Diem inclusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams
- Strong self-management in remote environments
- Knowledge of Medicare and state regulatory requirements

Compensation: $18–$20/hour (based on experience and location)
Remote Eligibility: Any U.S. state except HI, NY, NJ, RI, KY, OH, MA, ND, WY, AK, PA.
