Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced BMS Project Engineer to join our BEMS Optimisation Division, playing an integral part in project delivery and long-term sustainability impact.
You will lead small/medium-sized projects such as upgrades, perform optimisation works, and manage planned/reactive maintenance for clients. This includes creating and modifying software strategies, and collaborating with Project Managers to lead small teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of project works from start to finish
- Oversee installation and commissioning
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third parties
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Support business growth and team development
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (HNC/ONC or equivalent)
- Experience with Building Management Systems (Trend, Tridium)
- Experience/qualification with Cylon desirable
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- UK driver’s licence and eligibility to work in the UK
