Job Overview
Unitemps at Harper Adams University provides recruitment solutions for campus departments and commercial clients across the UK. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our recruitment agency.
You will manage the Unitemps office by generating revenue, building internal relationships, and expanding commercial client networks both locally and nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of business operations, development, and performance
- Build and manage strong client relationships
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Motivate and guide a high-performing recruitment team
- Identify and pursue commercial growth opportunities
- Organise marketing activities to increase brand visibility
- Support recruitment for temporary and permanent assignments
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Professional qualification in recruitment, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record in meeting recruitment sales targets
- Senior-level business development experience within recruitment
- Knowledge of recruitment legislation and HE/FE sector dynamics
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and presentations
