Overview

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join our International Education team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a globally recognised education brand, trusted in more than 160 countries.

In this role, you will manage the effective execution of the International Education brand internally and support the planning and delivery of brand campaigns worldwide. You will lead brand engagement with colleagues, ensure brand consistency, and support brand partnerships and events that strengthen our position in the education sector.

 Responsibilities

Brand Implementation

  • Champion the International Education brand across regions and teams.
  • Deliver training and guidance to ensure consistent brand use.
  • Manage brand queries and develop assets (messaging, photography, templates).
  • Support campaign planning and content creation.
  • Monitor competitor brand activity and share insights.

Brand Partnerships & Events

  • Support development and approval of new brand partnerships.
  • Align community and advocacy initiatives with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Events Manager to ensure award strategies align with brand goals.

Measuring Success

  • Track and communicate brand performance metrics.
  • Showcase successful campaigns internally.

Managing Suppliers

  • Assist with commissioning suppliers for strategy and campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and freelancers.

About You

You are a collaborative and creative brand marketer with experience in brand management or brand marketing. You understand the importance of brand consistency and customer-focused storytelling.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Experience working with creative teams and external agencies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality written and visual content.
