About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll serve as the translator between data and decisions. You’ll analyze ServiceNow data, operational telemetry, financial performance, and predictive model outputs to deliver insights, dashboards, and reports that leadership and operations teams can act on.
This role goes beyond reporting—it’s about shaping Ensono’s transformation story as we evolve into a software-first, AI-driven Managed Services Provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational, financial, and incident data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Build decision-ready dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.
- Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations teams.
- Define KPIs and track ROI of AI/ML initiatives.
- Advise Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams using data-driven insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in SQL and data validation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and IT operations data.
- Understanding of predictive models and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience in Finance, Procurement, or Operations analytics (preferred).
