Business Analyst – Care Division (Remote | UK Based)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per year (Depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hrs/week, Monday–Friday)

The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging clinical and technical teams — translating business needs into actionable system and process improvements that drive innovation in care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements across the Care Division.
- Support process mapping and gap analysis to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with innovation teams on solution design and performance metrics.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Lead change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
You Will Bring
- Experience delivering business analytics for software or service solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM).
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field plus Business Analysis certification.
- Continuous improvement mindset (Agile, LEAN, or Prince desirable).
