Description
Join Aston University’s Transformation Management Office at a pivotal time for digital and business change. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while supporting system design, integration, and delivery across key digital projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business processes and define technical system requirements
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and testing teams
- Document data flows, integration specifications, and create prototypes
- Support full project lifecycle from feasibility studies to benefits realisation
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Degree-level education
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to convert strategic drivers into technical and business requirements
- Familiarity with process modelling, requirements engineering, and benefits management
Desirable:
- Experience with Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics, and data integration
