Join Aston University’s Transformation Management Office at a pivotal time for digital and business change. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while supporting system design, integration, and delivery across key digital projects.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and define technical system requirements
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and testing teams
  • Document data flows, integration specifications, and create prototypes
  • Support full project lifecycle from feasibility studies to benefits realisation

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Degree-level education
  • Experience working on large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to convert strategic drivers into technical and business requirements
  • Familiarity with process modelling, requirements engineering, and benefits management

Desirable:

  • Experience with Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics, and data integration
