Salary: £34,610 – £41,064 per year
Employment Type: Full-time, 35 hours/week, Fixed Term (12 months)

About the Role
As part of the Strategic Programme Management Office (PMO), the Business Analyst will support the delivery of projects aligned to UWS’s strategic objectives, focusing on IT systems and digital transformation. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, using analytical skills and data insights to drive improvements and enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse business processes and capture clear requirements.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to design solutions.
- Document processes, support testing, and communicate findings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree level education or equivalent.
- Experience in project or change management activities.
- Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
- Experience working in complex environments with multiple interdependent projects.
