Job Summary
Are you ready to use your Business Analysis skills to make a positive impact on people’s lives? Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis team.
Reporting to a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to delivering an ambitious programme of enhancements to the Trust’s Electronic Health Record (EHR), PPM+.
The EHR Delivery Team plays a vital role in the Trust’s digital transformation, developing the EHR and integrating multiple systems to create a leading integrated digital clinical record used across the Trust, city, and wider region.

Main Duties of the Job
- Build relationships with stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Support the development of new EHR features by collaborating with technical teams.
- Produce high-quality requirements documentation.
- Work with development and test teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
