About the Role
Nomad Foods is experiencing rapid growth and transformation, with a clear goal to become a more data-driven organisation. As a Business Intelligence Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s reporting and data strategy. Reporting to the Head of Reporting & Data Engineering, you will support, maintain, and optimise BI systems — ensuring that stakeholders across the business have timely and accurate insights. You’ll work with modern BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BW/4HANA, collaborating closely with both internal teams and third-party partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and maintenance for BI systems across Nomad Foods.
- Manage incident resolution, system troubleshooting, and user communications.
- Lead and deliver BI projects from requirements gathering through to testing and user acceptance.
- Maintain compliance with change control, SOX, and system documentation standards.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements to increase efficiency.
- Develop, test, and deploy BI applications and reports in SAC and BW/4HANA.
- Collaborate with offshore and third-party support partners for timely project delivery.
- Deliver user training and documentation to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Support data modelling and analytics initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence or Reporting roles.
- Strong technical expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BW.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and documentation abilities.
- Collaborative approach and ability to work in hybrid or remote environments.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and service delivery excellence.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in FMCG / CPG industries.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Cognos, or SAP Business Data Cloud.
- Familiarity with ECC, S4HANA, or BPC/SAC Planning.
- Experience coordinating third-party delivery partners.
