The Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technology Product & Change team, driving transformation through technology, digital, and automation.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across MAG to:

  • Identify business needs
  • Define and shape technology change projects
  • Support project delivery from inception to benefits realisation

Your work will help digitise the passenger journey, improve aircraft turnaround times, and optimise employee experiences across the organisation.

 Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document business systems, processes, and data flows
  • Elicit and define clear, actionable requirements
  • Support solution design and implementation
  • Work within both agile and waterfall environments
  • Contribute to business case development and benefits tracking
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

About You

We’re seeking someone with:

  • Proven experience in business analysis (systems, processes, data)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to define clear, actionable requirements
  • Experience across agile and waterfall delivery methods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects
