The Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technology Product & Change team, driving transformation through technology, digital, and automation.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across MAG to:
- Identify business needs
- Define and shape technology change projects
- Support project delivery from inception to benefits realisation
Your work will help digitise the passenger journey, improve aircraft turnaround times, and optimise employee experiences across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and document business systems, processes, and data flows
- Elicit and define clear, actionable requirements
- Support solution design and implementation
- Work within both agile and waterfall environments
- Contribute to business case development and benefits tracking
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
About You
We’re seeking someone with:
- Proven experience in business analysis (systems, processes, data)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to define clear, actionable requirements
- Experience across agile and waterfall delivery methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects
