Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to ensure our software delivers maximum value.
- Analyse and interpret large datasets to uncover insights and business opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve customers’ most strategic challenges.
- Support the development of strategic initiatives by identifying trends and providing recommendations.
- Present findings clearly and persuasively to customer executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or STEM (top university preferred).
- Internship or prior experience in consulting, B2B, startups, or technology companies.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, able to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ambitious, impact-driven, and eager to grow with STRATOS.
- Fluency in German is an advantage.
